Our presentation focuses on empathy and why we think it should be taught to children. Throughout our discussion, we will explain why teaching children empathetic skills can be extremely beneficial for their future.

    Very good video and great topic. It really is important that children be taught empathy because it will help them out greatly later in life. The presentation had a good flow to it and all of the components of the slides worked nicely together. Nice work using the gifs as well.

    This was very well done! Introducing the concept of empathy at a young age definitely can be beneficial. I agree that learning about it early on can increase the ability to empathize well while entering adulthood. Everyone should be aware of empathy because it is such an important concept! I really liked the personal story component as it expressed the difference between empathy and sympathy in a way that was much more than just definitions. I also really enjoyed the combination of the use of images, text and videos of people speaking. Overall, this presentation was put together super well.

    Great video! I totally agree that children need to be taught empathy early because having these skills will greatly impact their social skills later on in life. I also agree that teaching your kids empathy will reduce bullying in school. Additionally I liked how you guys explain what needs to be done in order to teach your kids empathy by demonstration for example. Overall, well done.

    this is such an important topic to have chosen! the development of empathy from a young age has so many impacts on their abilities as they grow up. this was well scripted and had lots of useful ideas and concepts in developing empathy in young children!
