Please use the form below to submit your group video for the Empathy Project. You cannot make any revisions after you have submitted your video so please review your assignment instructions and ensure that the information entered below is correct. A page will be automatically be generated with the details you provided and your uploaded video will be added within 24 hours. If you have any questions about the assignment please contact your instructor.

Enter the title of your video. This will be displayed home page of the website, at the top of your post and on your uploaded video.

Select the group number provided by your instructor.

Enter the names of all your group members seperated by a comma.

Upload an image that will display as a thumbnail on the website home page. This could be a group photo or a screen capture from your video.

Enter a short description of your video.

Provide the full file name of your video that you are uploading. (E.g. empathy_project_full_video_name.mp4)

Video file uploads are not hosted directly on the site due to size limitations. Please upload your files in .MP4 format using the upload link below.
